The Lagos State House of Assembly says it is ready to appraise budgets of ministries, departments and agencies in the last nine months.
It said the assessment would start from the fiscal statements of the MDAs from October 2016 to December 2016, as well as their mid-year budgets.
A statement on Monday said Assembly members resolved that the Committee on Economic Planning and Budget should embark on the task and was approved by the Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa.
