A former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, says the EFCC has done fairly well.
Ribadu, who stated this at a town hall meeting organised by the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Foundation in Abuja, on Monday, however, advised the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission and the police to wake up from their slumber.
At the meeting tagged, “A spanner in the wheel of corruption,” Ribadu said the number of graft cases in the country was high.
He stated, “The EFCC alone has over 3,800 ongoing corruption cases in the courts, not to talk of other cases.
