Worried by the state of the nation and the economic recession, the leaders of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) have called for a radical change in Nigeria by imploring Nigerians to fight for their liberation and freedom from economic hardship and bad governance.
Speaking yesterday at the 11th Memorial of late human rights and pro-democracy activist, Dr. Beko Ransome-Kuti, organised by Beko Rights Klub (BRK) in collaboration with Centre for Anti-Corruption and Open Leadership (CACOL), the Coordinator of BRK, Debo Adeniran, said maladministration and corruption remain major encumbrances to socio-economic and political development in the country.
He implored the masses to fight for their freedom and liberation from those working against the progress, growth and development of Nigeria by challenging government anti-people policies.
