President Muhammadu Buhari in Kaduna on Tuesday inaugurated the $150m Olam Poultry Farm and Feed Mill with a declaration that ‘change’ was gaining momentum in the agricultural sector of the nation’s economy.
The President also noted that Nigeria’s exit from recession, according to the National Bureau of Statistics, could only be applauded after its impacted on Nigerians positively.
Buhari, who arrived the premises of the Singaporean company located along the Abuja-Kaduna expressway at about 10am and left shortly after Governor Nasir el-Rufai’s speech, stated that with the country’s exit from recession, it was clear that Nigeria was getting out of its worst economic scenario.
