The Federal Executive Council on Wednesday had an extensive discussion on the nation’s Economic Recovery and Growth Plan due to be inaugurated soon.
The council also approved the National Health Policy 2016 at the meeting which was presided over by the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, and lasted over seven hours.
That was the fourth time Osinbajo would be presiding over FEC since President Muhammadu Buhari travelled out of the country.
The Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udo Udoma; Minister of Health, Isaac Adewole; and the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, briefed State House correspondents of the meeting’s outcome.
