The Federal Government on Friday appealed against the ruling of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Maitama, Abuja, which on Wednesday acquitted Justice Adeniyi Ademola of a Federal High Court, his wife, Olubowale, and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mr. Joe Agi, of gratification and other charges.
Justice Jude Okeke, had in his ruling, upheld the separate no-case submissions filed by the three defendants.
The Federal Government, through the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation, asked the Court of Appeal in Abuja to reverse Justice Okeke’s ruling.
