The Lagos State Government has urged public servants to be productive, saying such attitude has a lot of benefits.
The Commissioner for Establishments, Training and Pensions, Dr Benson Oke, observed that since the time public servants had to serve was limited, they ought to make their period with the state worthwhile.
Oke, who spoke on Thursday at the opening session of a two-day workshop tagged, ‘Work Ethics and Attitudinal Change for Improved Productivity’, said employees would benefit from increased productivity, adding that when an organisation was productive, it would become successful.
