Loan: Kaduna asks EFCC to prosecute 725 defaulters

The Kaduna State Government has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to prosecute 725 persons who took the agricultural loans from the Bank of Agriculture Limited in March 2015 but have refused to pay back the facility.

The Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Governor Nasir el-Rufai, Samuel Aruwan, said this in Kaduna on Thursday.

He  said the state had written the EFCC to commence investigation that would lead to the recovery of the funds.
