RE-SUBMISSION OF IBRAHIM MAGUS’S NAME TO THE SENATE FOR SCREENING ; A WELCOME DEVELOPMENT – CACOL

The Centre for Anti-Corruption and Open Leadership, CACOL has welcomed the news filtering in that President Muhammadu Buhari has resubmitted the name of the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commision, EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Magu to the Senate for screening, saying it is the only logical thing to do under the present circumstance.
 
A highly placed source at the Presidency was reported to have told Saharareporters today that Mr. Magu’s name had been forwarded to the office of the Nigerian Senate President Bukola Saraki.
