A serving senator who is referred to as the “Oracle of the Anioma people” was recently involved in a scandal for his illegal 805 million naira purchase of Delta State Guinea House in Apapa, Lagos; a property which was valued at 4.7 billion naira. Integrity Watchdog has uncovered (with evidence) yet another set of fraudulent deals and transactions Senator Peter Nwaoboshi is allegedly involved in. In-depth investigation reveals that the senator used his company Bilderberg Ent. Nig Ltd to defrauded the state of over 2.2 Billion Naira. Senator Nwaoboshi who was Chairman of People’s Democratic Party, Delta State at the time influenced several contracts to his myriad of companies. However, after receiving full payments for the contracts the job remains either undone or abandoned midway. Equipment’s and machines bought by the senator are usually contrary to what is stated in the Bill of Quantity.
The documents below reveals that Senator Peter Nwaoboshi’s company Bilderberg Enterprise Nig. Limited was awarded a contract however, our source confirmed that it did not go through the normal procedures. Sources with undisputed credibility enlightened us that the contract was awarded to Senator Peter Nwaoboshi as means of settlement for backing the previous administration during the election.
Delta State Ministry of Environment awarded the purchase of new waste management equipment such as new Bulldozers, Pail Loaders and Tipper Lorries however, the senator imported second hand equipment instead. After examining the import duty documents (to be published later) we also discovered that the bill of lading and payment of duty was laced in total fraud. The senator also didn’t pay the accurate duty on the imported equipment. A top customs official assured us that the import duty was undervalued and therefore underpaid.
Integrity watchdog has promised to publish several documents detailing the numerous contracts awarded to companies owned by Senator Peter Nwaoboshi. The document published below indicates a contract awarded to the Senator by Delta State Ministry of Environment, Asaba. The contract sum was N497, 552, 000.00. A source inside the Ministry of Environment also confirmed that the equipment never worked for a single day as they were dead on arrival. Our source went on to stress that the equipment are presently nowhere to be found.
