The Niger Delta Development Commission has said that despite the disruption of the sitting of a probe panel it set up to investigate the allegations of corruption by some youths in the region, it will go ahead with the investigative hearing.
The NDDC maintained that the panel would look into all memoranda and petitions it had already received on the matter.
It will be recalled that there was confusion on Tuesday in one of the halls of the Presidential Hotel in Port Harcourt when a group of men suspected to be former Niger Delta militants disrupted the investigative hearing organised by the NDDC.
